What is Pocket ERP?

Pocket ERP is a cloud point-of-sale and ERP built by Logic Station in Bangladesh. It covers POS, orders and invoicing, inventory, purchasing, customers, accounts, HR and payroll, reports and a daily Telegram summary in one workspace, in Bangla and English.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with up to 3 users, 50 inventory items and 100 customers. No card is needed to start.

Which payment methods can I accept at the counter?

Cash, card, mobile banking such as bKash, and bank transfer. Each payment lands in its own account with a running balance, and you can take partial payments.

Does Pocket ERP work with barcode scanners and thermal printers?

Yes. It supports USB barcode scanners, camera scanning from a phone or laptop, 80mm thermal receipt printers and A4 PDF invoices.

Can it handle attendance, HR and payroll?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Attendance can be entered in bulk or pulled from ZKTeco fingerprint devices, HR policies calculate late arrival, overtime and deductions, and salaries follow a generate, approve and pay workflow.

Can I use Pocket ERP on a phone?

Yes. The web app installs on phones, tablets and desktops as a PWA. Sales reps get the Pocket SR app and HR staff get the HR app.

Does it support Bangla and Bangladeshi taka?

Yes. The whole interface switches between Bangla and English, amounts are stored in taka with paisa precision, and reports follow the Asia/Dhaka business day.

How is my data kept separate from other businesses?

Each business runs in its own workspace on its own subdomain with isolated data, role-based permissions and audit logs.

Can I run more than one branch?

Pocket ERP runs one workspace per business. Separate branches can be set up as separate workspaces. Talk to us about the right setup for a multi-branch business.
